Meet your audience

Exhibitors at the CEA Annual Conference are offered a prime location to meet with members of the Economics community of Canada and around the world.  A typical CEA conference is attended by around 1000 delegates. For additional information, please contact CEA Conference Coordinator, Paula Emery at cea.conference@gmail.com

 

DAYS: Friday and Saturday of Conference

EXHIBIT LOCATION: On-site at conference, room TBA

EXHIBIT HOURS: Friday and Saturday: 08:30-16:30

SET UP: Friday: 08:00-10:00 (to be completed before morning coffee-break)

DISMANTLE: Saturday: after start of last afternoon session (4pm-5:30pm)

RATES:  $1500.00 plus applicable tax. Registration opens March 1st and space is limited. please see payment/registration information below. The price Includes admission to the Friday evening reception and the daily breaks.

APPROXIMATE AREA: will accommodate 2 x 6' tables. Once registered please contact cea.conference@gmail.com to confirm requirements and number of tables needed. Exhibitors should bring extension cords if power is needed. 

PAYMENT/REGISTRATION: To reserve exhibitor space please send an email to cea.conference@gmail.com. Include the following details: group/organization name, details of exhibit, contact information and name of participant(s) attending the booth. Payment can be made as of March 1st by choosing "login" in the top right corner of this website. If you do not have a CEA account please create one using the option "join now" in the top right corner of this website. Once you are in your account, choose "Annual Meeting" on the top menu and then "registration" from the drop down. You will then find the option for an exhibitor space.

SHIPPING: Storage space is limited - please consider bringing materials personally. If materials need to be sent, please note they can be accepted one week prior to event. Contact Paula Emery (cea.conference@gmail.com) for shipping and storage information. 

LIABILITY: The CEA or their officers, employees, or representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.

CANCELLATIONS: The Treasurer of the CEA, Professor Brandon Schaufele, must be notified of any cancellations by writing to cea.conference@gmail.com prior to May 9th. A 50% administration fee will be withheld. No refunds will be issued on or after May 9th.
